Nine Inch Nails treiben ihre Selbstvermarktung konsequent weiter und so ist auch ihr aktuelles Album "The Slip" komplett frei downloadbar.

Es werden auch hier mehrere Formate vom High Quality MP3 bis hin zum Gigabyte-großen Wav-File in extrem guter Qualität angeboten. Fein säuberlich erklären NIN auch, welche Formate wie und worauf abgespielt werden können und kündigen natürlich auch eine baldige Pressung des Albums auf diversen Silberlingen an.

Local Heroes hat sich das Album als MP3s (ca 83MB) runtergeladen und muss sagen, die Qualität ist absolut top. Mit ner ordentlichen Internetverbindung dauert es nicht mal 2 Minuten und Ihr habt das Teil.
